DIY Twin Farmhouse Bed

We used the Queen Farmhouse Bed plans from Ana White's Website and converted dimensions for a Twin bed. I love Ana White by the way!!!

The wood is Pine and Whitewood I believe. This  bed was super easy to make and is still going strong 5 years later! Although my son has almost outgrown it :(

We added slats spaced about 3 or 4 inches apart. 

I stained the bed in Weathered Grey by Rustoleum.  I also added a few coats of Polyurethane.
